코뿔소 므낫세 작전
5월 26일과 9월 (날짜 미정), 약 550명의 인도 므낫세 지파 알리야 프로젝트
현재 인도에는 천여 년 전부터 유대 관습을 지키며 살아온 이스라엘의 12지파 중 하나인 므낫세 지파의 후손이 살고 있다는 것, 알고 계시나요?
올해 5월 26일과 9월(날짜 미정), 쥬이시 에이전시와 샤베이 이스라엘에서 진행하는 합작 프로젝트를 통해 약 550여명의 인도 유대인들이 알리야하게 됩니다.
이번 프로젝트에 있어서 특별히 한국 월드브릿지미션에서는 ‘코뿔소 므낫세 작전: 인도 알리야 프로젝트’를 통해 두 번의 비행기 비용을 감당하게 되었습니다.
지난 5월 인도 므낫세 지파 약 275명이 이스라엘에 안전하게 도착하였습니다.
9월에 추가적으로 270여명의 인도 므낫세 지파가 이스라엘에 도착할 예정입니다.
270명의 인도 므낫세 지파 유대인들이 이스라엘에 안전히 잘 도착할 수 있도록 수고하신 샤베이 이스라엘과 쥬이시 에이전시에게 감사를 전하며,
9월에 남아있는 인도 므낫세 지파가 속히 이스라엘에 안전하게 돌아올 수 있기를 기도부탁드립니다.
